FD Fire Design is committed to supporting our community through financial support, volunteer hours, and awareness-raising for these vital non-profit organizations. Please read on to learn more about our community work.
Domestic Violence & Abuse Protection, Inc.
DVAP is a non-profit organization that provides actual protection for victims of domestic violence, elderly abuse, child abuse, and stalking. The care often extends to their families and pets. Domestic violence is real and it’s serious. DVAP offers meaningful solutions when restraining orders aren’t enough.
Frank and Dolores are consistent project volunteers while Frank has been an active board member since 2021. The FD team also helps create physical recognition awards, such as plaques and certificates for community sponsors and partners.
Ascension Church of Phoenix
Ascension Church is a local Phoenix church that provides solid outreach through their services, community groups, and community engagement events.
The FD office is utilized to host scheduled community groups that are facilitated by Dolores and Frank as well as local Ascension Church of Phoenix leaders. Dolores and Frank also do additional volunteer work, helping with Sunday Services and on the grounds to help ensure a friendly and safe environment.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
St. Jude is the first and only national non-profit organization that is specifically dedicated to childhood cancer research and treatment. Families never receive a bill, so they may continue to support their child.
FD contributes through financial donations to support St. Jude in their mission to advance research and treatment for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
